Technical Properties
Excellent whiteness and a high degree of protection against chemical fibre damage is achieved with Controller SI. It is particularly suitable for fabrics that are heavily contaminated with harmful metals such as iron and copper due to its powerful sequestering ability.
Application
Guideline recipes for cellulosic fibres after desizing:
| Fabric in kiers, jigs, J box @ 3:1 liquor ratio | 2 - 6 g / kg or 0.6 - 2.0 % on weight of goods |
| Continuous pad steam peroxide bleaching | 4 -12 g / kg |
| Cold Pad Batch | 3 – 6 g/L |
| Jet machinery @ 6:1 liquor ratio | 2 g / L or 1.2 % on weight of Goods |
