Scourtex FDL - Low foaming, powerful detergent for removal of oily contaminants for use in all wet-processing areas
Scourtex FDL displays outstanding emulsifying power making it suitable for all types of fibres including cotton, flax, wool and synthetics in woven and knitted form.
The product has excellent wetting properties and is suitable for enzyme desizing, scouring, peroxide bleaching and washing in all types of machinery including high turbulence jet machines.
Conditions vary according to equipment and substrate but typically they should be carried out at the boil followed by thorough hot and cold washes. Lower temperatures of 50 - 60°C will provide better results for protein fibres.
