It is best suited for use in batch and continuous processing routes. The product displays excellent wetting and emulsifying properties as well as strong sequestering, dispersing and soil suspension effects.
Conditions vary according to equipment and substrate but typically they should be carried out at the boil followed by thorough hot and cold washes. Lower temperatures of 50 - 60°C will provide better results for protein fibres.
