Technical Properties
Texassist CAD combines the properties of a strong sequesterant and mineral acid with that of an effective wetting / emulsifying agent for the acid demineralisation of cellulosic fibres. It displays excellent wetting and oil emulsification properties and as such will penetrate throughout the fibre ensuring thorough dissolution and sequestering of heavy metal and alkaline earth ions.
It also promotes excellent impurity extraction resulting in cleaner fabric with much less disturbing effects in subsequent peroxide bleaching.
