Texdye NWL - Levelling agent for Nylon and Wool
Technical Properties
A universally applicable dispersing and levelling agent for all types of dyes on wool and nylon. The product displays an affinity for the fibre and therefore exhibits excellent uniform coverage of nylon with consistent reproducibility.
Texdye NWL has a balanced retarding action which prevents exhaustion proceeding too rapidly, this allows for excellent bath exhaustion and shade build-up.
Application
Application rates will depend upon shade, lighter shades needing higher levels than dark shades.
Typically:
A liquor ratio of 5:1 requires 1 – 2g/L Texdye NWL
A liquor ratio of 10:1 requires 0.5 – 1g/L Texdye NWL
