Texdye PDLF New - Polyester dyeing auxiliary
Technical Properties
A low foam dyeing assistant for polyester, polyester / cellulosic blends and nylon, for use in jet, beam, package dyeing machines and yarn / piece goods machines. Provides good dye dispersion as well as lubricity for prevention of crease marks and fabric damage.
Texdye PDLF New is eminently suitable for rapid dyeing systems showing a synchronising effect on trichromatic combinations which do not show similar exhaustion characteristics.
Application
For liquor ratios between 10:1 and 15:1 dose should be 0.4 – 1g/L
For liquor ratios between 5:1 and 10:1 dose should be 0.2 – 0.4g/L
