Texfin® Ag - Advanced technological antibacterial finishing harnessing the natural properties of Silver.
Texfin® Ag prevents the growth of a wide spectrum of bacteria and fungi and imparts prolonged freshness to treated articles. It can be applied to a vast range of textile materials such as apparel, furnishings, towelling, bed linen, undergarments and textile articles used in corporate wear, sportswear, military and healthcare. It provides durable finishing and in combination with our unique cross-linking additive it can be made durable for up to and beyond 100 domestic launderings.
Application
Texfin® Ag is suitable for application by either padding or exhaust methods.
Levels of application vary with substrate differences, but generally 20g/L up to 100g/L are common figures and alternatively, 1 to 5% on weight of goods are also typical.
Drying and curing at temperatures up to 170°C are suitable.
