Texfin® CCFR - Durable back-coating for an "Invisible Finish"
Technical Properties
Texfin® CCFR stands out from conventional back-coat finishes as it provides a “Clear Coat” finish of the fabric being treated – essential for delicate and open-weave structures so that the coating is not apparent. This eliminates the problem of show-through which can occur when back coating an open weave fabric. It is predominantly for upholstery fabrics of cellulosic, synthetic or blends. Texfin® CCFR is applied by foaming unit on knife over air, knife over roller or profile systems. This product also imparts a soft handle finish.
Application
Recommended usage levels are between 15 – 40% o.w.g. depending upon fabric type.
Texfin® CCFR will meet the requirements of BS5852 Ignition sources 0 and 1 (cigarette & match) after BS5651 cleansing and wetting procedures.
