Texfin® CR is a combined easy-care resin finish, catalyst and silicone softener for an easy to use, all-in-one application. The levels of catalyst and softener have been pre-determined to provide the optimum results that can be achieved in this process.
Upon finishing, the properties of the treated fabric will include improved shrink resistance (dimensional stability), improved crease and wrinkle resistance while minimising tear strength losses. The product is non-yellowing and is ultra low in formaldehyde content. The product also confers improved stitch lubricity and also provides an exceptionally smooth, soft and bulky handle
Generally 100 - 200 g/L by pad application depending upon cellulosic content of substrate
Fabric type: 50:50 Polyester: Cotton (Typically used for Bed linen)

The treated piece has been padded through a solution of 200g/L Texfin® CR
Both pieces were washed together at 40°C, removed and left to air dry. It can be seen that the untreated piece has creased and wrinkled significantly whereas the treated piece has only sustained a very low amount of creasing.
Texfin® CR is ultra-low in formaldehyde content and typical residual levels are generally not greater than:
70 ppm Free Formaldehyde
50 ppm Released Formaldehyde
