Texfin® CSB - Non-durable, pad-applicable flame retardant
Technical Properties
Texfin® CSB is a clear, non-durable flame retardant designed for pad application. It may be applied to cellulosics and its blends. It will meet the requirements of BS5867 specification for curtain and drapes Part 2 A & B.
Texfin® CSB is stable with most binders. This is useful for when trying to achieve a handle modifying/ flame retardant finish using a one pass system. In house checks are required before bulk production is carried out.
Application
Recommended usage levels are 200 - 400g/l based on a 100% wet pick-up. 10% dry add on is sufficient enough to obtain good flame retardant results. Texfin® CSB only requires drying at 100°C.
