Texfin® F06 – Foaming Medium for Technical Finishing
Technical Properties
Texfin® FO6 is a unique surfactant blend which produces stabilised foam for application in foam finishing systems. The product is suitable for high pressure high blow ratio foam generator systems as used in the carpet industry where it produces highly stable very high density foam for the application of fluorocarbons and other finishes. It is also suitable for use in low blow ratio atmospheric systems without the need for any additional stabiliser.
Application
A typical application using the Datacolor Autofoam (high pressure) unit would be:
50 - 100 g/l Texfin® BPF (Water & Oil repellent)
30 - 80 g/l Texfin® FO6 (or 40-120g/l for atmospheric systems)
Autofoam set at 10% wet pick-up and 20:1 Blow ratio
