Texfin® PUFR - Durable back-coat emulsion for technical performance finishing
Technical Properties
Texfin® PUFR has been specifically developed so that it can be applied to fabrics producing a hydrophobic membrane. The resulting coating provides a degree of waterproofing whilst also being flame retardant. Several layers can be applied to achieve higher add-on requirements and also higher hydro-static head results.
Ideal for tarpaulins, tenting and other technical and geo-textile fabrics
Application
Recommended usage levels are between 15 – 25 % o.w.g. but acrylics may need up to 40 % o.w.g.
Texfin® PUFR will require a cure of between 150 - 170°C.
