Texfin® TND3 - Non-durable, pad applicable, halogen free flame retardant
Technical Properties
Texfin® TND3 may be applied to cellulosics, synthetics and its blends. Texfin® TND3 uses lower application levels than standard flame retardants but still achieves excellent results. Texfin® TND3 can be applied to fabrics with a wide variety of end uses.
It is of low discolouring and does not affect handle or shade; it also eliminates problems associated with afterglow. GOTS Approved product.
Application
Recommended usage levels are 175 - 300g/l based on a 100% wet pick-up. 10% dry add on is sufficient enough to obtain good flame retardant results. Texfin® TND3 requires drying at 120 - 140°C.
