Technical Properties
Texfin® VFR12K is a durable, collapsed foam flame retardant back-coating compound of high viscosity.
Texfin VFR12K contains some of the most complex and effective flame retardant chemistry available which enables it to react to flaming quicker than most standard products, as such this product is very effective on difficult fabrics such as polyester and acrylic.
Texfin VFR12K is applied by rotary screen print or flat bed printing techniques.
Application
Texfin VFR12K will meet the requirements of BS5852 Ignition sources 0 and 1 (cigarette and match) after BS5651 cleansing and wetting procedures at recommended usage levels of between 15 – 40 % dry add on depending upon fabric type.
